Pump Up The Fun Rules
- Parents must stay with children.
- 200 lb weight limit per person.
- Adults (19 years old or older) are not allowed on equipment.
- Socks are required on inflatables.
- No running, wrestling, rough housing, or gymnastics.
- Go down slides one person at a time, on your bottom with feet in front of you.
- Make sure the bottom of the slide is clear.
- No head-first sliding, cannonballs, surfing, or flips.
- Leave loose or sharp objects, food, and drinks in the picnic or party area.
- Do not go behind the inflatables.
- The toddler zone is for kids under 42″ tall only.
- No outside glow products, piñatas, silly string, or confetti.
- Do not overcrowd inflatables.
Deposit
A deposit of $74.20 is due three weeks prior to the party. If the party is within three weeks, the deposit is due within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel three weeks out or longer, your deposit can be refunded. Within three weeks, we will reschedule your party and transfer the deposit to the new date. If a building emergency interrupts your party, we will not charge the remaining balance or can provide a redo date.
